Upper Scioto Valley 59, Van Buren 50
Wayne Lowery led the Rams to a 59-50 win over Van Buren Saturday night. Lowery was hot throughout the game as he tied for a game high of 25 points. He connected on three from behind the arc and sank three clutch free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Brady Hipsher (12 points) and Quinn Sanders (11 points) joined Lowery in double figures in points for the win.
Matthew Ayers did his best to get a win for the Black Knights as he matched USV’s Lowery point for point. Matt Hiff added 10 points to join Ayers in double digits, but they were unable to lift Van Buren to a win.
Antwerp 34, Continental 33
The Archers moved their mark to .500 after just eking past Continental 34-33 for their second win of the season. For Continental this game represented the best chance of getting in the winning this season as they fall to 0-6.
Jayvin Landers nailed four treys in the game to account for all of his game high 12 points. TY Rebber and Cole Sesler both added nine points while Brayton Stuckey and Jake Ryan each scored two to round out the Archers scoring attack.
Caleb Olds led the Pirates with 10 points and Nick States added 9 in the loss. Continental had trouble finding a way to score and finally break into the win column.

Ft. Loramie 67, New Bremen 31
Fort Loramie had no trouble knocking of the Cardinals Saturday night as they more than doubled them on the scoreboard.
Dillon Braun led Fort Loramie with 19 points and Nathan Rutterman added 16 points. Tyler Sieger joined Braun in Rutterman in scoring in double digits when he added 14 points.
New Bremen had a difficult time getting players in the scoring category. They had just four players make a basket as Avery Powers led the team with 11 points, Grant Hoehne added 10, Luke Vonderhaar scored 8, and Nick Wells threw in two points to round out the Cardinals scoring in the game.
