The Lady Rams jumped out to an early 19-10 lead in the first quarter and cruised to an easy victory over Hardin Northern.
Upper Scioto Valley was led by Emily Patton who single handedly outscored her Blanchard Valley Conference foes as she dropped in 24 points and sunk an impressive six three pointers in the game.
Patton was joined by Kaycee Carroll, Shelby Spradlin, and Alyssa Miller in double digit scoring fro the Lady Rams with 15, 11, and 10 respectively.
Holly Wilson led Hardin Northern with her 15 points, as the Lady Polar Bears found the going tough offensively.
Fort Recovery 39, New Bremen 29
Fort Recovery employed a stifling defense to that allowed the Lady Cardinals to shoot only 24% from the field to snatch a MAC victory Thursday night.
Grace Thien led the way for the Lady Indians with a full stat line as she scored 14 points, pulled down seven rebounds, and pocketed three steals in the game.
Thien got plenty of help by Whitney Will who scored 10 points of her own and dished out three assist. Will also played a masterful defensive game as well where she matched Thien with three steals of her own.
New Bremen did not have a scorer reach double figures in the game, but were led by Jane Homan who narrowly missed double digits with her nine points. Kayla Bergman chipped in six points to aid Homan on the offensive side and led the lady Cardinals with seven boards.
