Versailles 46, Minster 39
In a battle between the #1-ranked team in Division III and the #1-ranked team in Division IV, it was Versailles who took a 46-39 win over Minster.
Kami McEldowney led the way for the Lady Tigers, scoring a game-high 15 points, with 8 coming in the second quarter.
Taylor Kogge paced Minster with 14 points and Courtney Prenger chipped in 12 points in the loss.
With the win, Versailles moves to 15-1, while Minster falls to 14-1.
New Bremen 49, New Knoxville 35
Macy Puthoff scored a game-high 13 points to lead New Bremen to a 49-35 win over New Knoxville.
Puthoff was joined in double-digits by Kelly Naylor, who scored all 10 of her points in the third quarter.
Megan Jurosic led the Lady Rangers with 10 points in the loss.
Bath 33, Wapak 28
Sarah Pothast had a double-double for Wapak, but Bath was able to outscore the Lady Redskins by four points to grab a five-point 33-28 win Thursday.
Pothast scored 11 points and brought down 12 rebounds in the losing effort.
Jaidyn Hale led the Lady Wildkittens with 9 points and Lindsay Singhaus scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in the win.
Makenna Mele led all scorers with 16 points in the loss. Lauren and Syd Cisco added 11 points apiece for the Lady Roughriders.
Columbus Grove 57, Bluffton 52 (2 OT)
Lauren Schroeder and Carlee McCluer each scored 17 points to lead Columbus Grove past Bluffton in a double overtime affair.
Averey Rumer led all scorers with 20 points in the loss. She was joined in double-digits by Alivia Koenig (14 points) and Libby Schaadt (10 points).
Ada was led by Maddie Gossard’s 19 points. Anney Archer added 14 points in the loss for the Lady Bulldogs.
Hardin Northern 35, Perry 30
Hardin Northern outscored Perry 10-2 in the final quarter to grab a 35-30 victory.
Maddie Grappy led the Lady Polar Bears with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Hardin Northern won the battle of the boards by a 32-22 margin.
Tia Barfield led all scorers with 15 in the loss, and Lily Floyd chipped in 11 points for the Lady Commodores.
Liberty-Benton 74, Vanlue 21
Savanah Richards had another huge game as Liberty-Benton had no problem dispatching Vanlue in a 74-21 rout.
Richards led all scorers with 20 points, and added 7 assists and 5 steals in the win. Caitlin Elseser scored 16 points for the Lady Eagles, who forced 30 turnovers.
Maliah Snook led Vanlue in the scoring column with 8 points in the loss.
North Baltimore 60, Cory-Rawson 39
Zoe Chisholm led the way for Cory-Rawson with 17 points in defeat.
Tinora 33, Antwerp 28
Sarah Harris scored 10 points in Tinora’s 33-28 win over Antwerp Thursday.
Antwerp was led by Rachel Williamson as she scored 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in the loss.
Ally Cape led Edgerton with 20 points, including a perfect 4-4 from the free throw line.
